This was a quick and easy craft activity to jazz up a Christmas and Birthday present bag for my niece.

All you need is some decorative card, card punchers, string and foam adhesive dots.

* use a circle and star punch to cut out your shapes, mix colours and patterns for a playful look

* Lay out your circles and stars until you like the arrangement 

* once your happy with your layout, use glue or double sided sticky dots to secure your shapes

* for the balloons cut several pieces of twine/string

* pierce small holes under the bottom row of balloons and one at the bottom of the bag

* glue or tape down each end of twine/string from the inside of the bag

* gather all the loose ends of the string and thread through the bottom hole, securing them in place from the inside of the bag
